- Occupancy not to exceed 8 people.
- Linens are provided and in most cases rates posted include end-of-rental cleaning fee.
- A mandatory 5.775% Colorado state sales tax will be added to all reservations.
- A $200 reservation/damage deposit is required to secure all reservations and is fully refundable assuming there is no damage to the unit.
- If paying by credit card full payment is due at time of reservation.
- If paying by check, 50% of the rental total will be due 60 days prior to arrival date. The remaining 50% will be due 14 days prior to arrival date.
- There will be a 25% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date. There will be a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 21 days of arrival date. There will be a 75% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date. There will be a 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date. Any cancellation will result in the loss of the reservation deposit. These fees will convert to credits toward future rentals, if we are able to fill the vacancy.
- Higher rates may apply for stays less than four (4) nights, holidays and special events.
